How we charge
We charge a monthly software fee which varies depending on the amount of customization we do, and other factors such as number of rooftops, etc.
We charge the buyer a ‘per unit’ sale fee. The fee is charged for any unit that is listed for sale on the platform.
You collect the fee and remit to us monthly
Occasional project fees may be incurred if we do extreme customization for your private auction platform
We are paid via ACH or with credit card only. Terms are net ten days.
